Ice Cream Bike Hire for Your Event

We have delicious, premium ice cream in over 20 flavours that will leave a lasting impression on your guests. This is perfect for those big moments in your life that deserve celebrating, such as weddings, corporate events, or product launches, and any day the sun in shining.

Yes, the price you are quoted by our agent is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The packages include up to four flavours from our selection of premium ice creams and sorbets. Additionally, we provide serviettes, tubs, and waffle cones. If the location is more than 75 km from Portumna, County Galway then a minor transport fee may be included. A traditional dress, fully trained attendant will serve your guests.

Unlike an ice cream van, we can set up and serve indoors as well as outdoors. We can go into your church, hotel or office building as long as the door is larger than 34inches with no more than 1 step. We can also operate without power so any location is perfect for our ice cream bike.

We cater all over Ireland and offer a nationwide service. We are based in east Galway and if applicable a small travel charge will be applied if the venue/s are more than 75km from our base in Portumna, Co Galway. 

To avoid disappointment we recommend that you BOOK as far in advance as possible as we are seeing people book us for events up to 12 months in advance.   

Our peak time is March to October so you please think about booking as soon as your date in confirmed. We will do our best to accommodate short notice requests.

Yes, upon booking we require a non-refundable deposit of €50 to secure your booking. The balance should be paid 21 days in advance of your event; bookings cancelled within 21 days of event will incur a charge of 50% of the full hire charge agreed with the client. 

We can stay at your event for as long as you want. Our usual hire time is approx. 1 hour plus set up and break down. We are able to tailor to your specific needs so just give us a call anytime to discuss your requirements.

We have public liability insurance to cover up to 6.5million euro. All our ice cream bikes are issued with certificates of competency from our local HSE Environmental Health Officer, we are also a registered food business with the FSA. All our Staff are trained to meet the current food hygiene standards as set out by the HSE and completed HACCP training.

Yes. In addition to weddings and corporate events, we are available for selected school sports days, community events, care homes and other special occasions, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your event and we'll be happy to advise if our service is a good fit.
